We can help with custom prescription optical and solar protection lenses.

Once you have placed your online order, email a copy of your latest prescription to info@larkeoptics.com and include your order reference number.

Ensure to include your pupillary distance or PD. If you can’t find your PD measurement on the prescription, you can call your optician or use one of the many online services to measure your PD yourself.

Our standard single vision lens glaze and fitting fee is £99.00

We do not offer progressive lenses or returns/exchanges on prescription eyewear.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing shop@larkeoptics.com or call +44 [0]203 664 6795. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel or make any changes.  Please note that we can make no guarantees to cancel orders prior to shipping but will always do our best. In instances where we were unable to cancel the order we will accept a return. Please refer to our returns policy for how to proceed.

Once your online transaction has been completed your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. The order will be prepared for delivery and shipped within 48 hours, with the exception of orders placed at the weekend which will be shipped the next working day. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery in the UK; in most instances it will be less, 3-5 days for European destinations and 5-7 days for ROW.

Please note shipments to Russia are available only when addressed to a registered business address and are subject to restrictions and delays. Contact info@larkeoptics.com for more information before placing your order.

Mainland UK & Isles orders are dispatched with a domestic courier on a 2-3 day service at a rate of £8.50

European orders are dispatched with an international courier on a 3-5 day service at a rate of £16.00

USA & Canada orders are dispatched with an international courier on a 5-7 day service at a rate of £22.00

ROW orders are dispatched with an international courier on a 5-7 day service at a rate of £26.00

All parcels require a signature on delivery. LARKE optics Limited can not take responsibility if the signature received at the delivery address is not the correct recipient, and will consider the parcel correctly delivered. This also means we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. All parcels have the assurance of full track and trace, allowing parcels to be tracked online.

If for any reason your order cannot be delivered within the specified time, we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements.

 

We can exchange for a different colour or entirely different frame, as long as we are notified within 7 days of receipt. If the item you wish to exchange for is of higher value we will invoice the difference. When applying for your returns number, please let us know which item you wish to purchase instead and we will do our best to reserve it for you. We aim to dispatch exchange items within 48 hours of the day they are received, although it can take a little longer during busy periods.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and should they comply with standard regulations a refund will be processed within 1-2 working days. Refunds will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and you will be contacted via email with a refund confirmation. All refunds exclude shipping costs.

In the unlikely event of a fault, the item[s] will be refunded, exchanged or replaced as soon as possible. Items deemed not ‘cared-for’ in the correct manner will not be considered faulty. Postage costs will be fully refunded in the unfortunate case of a faulty item. If you consider your item faulty, please contact shop@larkeoptics.com for how to proceed.

It is important that you are happy with your purchase, which means that if you are not fully satisfied with the frames you have received you can return them within 7 days of receipt. Please contact shop@larkeoptics.com to gain a returns number ahead of returning your order.

Unfortunately we do not have a returns service in place at the moment, and you are required to make your own arrangements through any postal carrier. Larke Optics Ltd. cannot take liability for returned items that are lost in transit or misdirected, which is why we highly recommend all returns to be recorded and trackable.

Customers outside the EU are liable to pay local duties and taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the charges would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current rates before you order, so you are not surprised by unexpected charges.
